Crystal specializes in the technology and media sectors, developing digital, social and broadcast strategies and conducting media interview training. She is also the founder of a technology start-up, and a former broadcast journalist. 

A contributing writer to Black Enterprise  magazine and Mediabistro, Crystal is the author of “Be Extraordinary: Claiming a Life of Purpose, Passion & Prosperity,” published in 2015.  Her weekend broadcasts on Sirius XM  and Fox News 24/7 cover business, sports, entertainment, politics and the ministry.

Crystal joined Fox News in 2010 working as a Senior Booking Producer and Affiliates Coordinator for television and radio. In 2016 and 2017, she was a guest host for Trinity Broadcasting Network. In 2022, Crystal developed and launched EBO, an automated electronic on-demand technology connecting print and broadcast news media with expert sources.

She has served as a social media ambassador for the United Nations Foundation, the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, and the NAACP.
